Located on a high clifftop, Kotkala enables you to enjoy a ruggedly beautiful landscape. The villa was built in 1988, but in 2001 it was fitted with running water. Facilities for an indoor toilet, shower and sauna were also built right next to the villa, only a few outdoor steps away.
The two-storey villa includes two separate bedrooms: one downstairs and one upstairs.

Due to its location on a clifftop, this villa is not recommended for families with small children. If you also want to enjoy the sauna on the lakeshore, it’s just a short walk away, but a good physical condition is an advantage.
As all of our villas, Kotkala is in a private location on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The private beach, wood-heated saunas, and rowing boat are at your disposal without any extra fees during your holiday. Both saunas are traditional, wood-heated saunas.
