Saimaa scenery on three levels
This modern villa offers a sweeping view to the south. The villa includes three floors. The sauna and shower facilities are located on the bottom floor and included a separate entrance which you can use to go out for a swim or a cool-down when enjoying the sauna. The ground floor with the main entrance includes a well-lit living area, a kitchen, a dining area, a toilet and one bedroom. The top floor contains another toilet, two bedrooms and a balcony.

Paulala is located on a gentle slope. The yard includes a separate fire pit. The villa has a private beach and a special dock built next to large rocks, at the end of which is a perfect spot to enjoy the peace and quiet of Lake Saimaa.
As all of our villas, Paulala is in a private location on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The private beach, wood-heated sauna, and rowing boat are at your disposal without any extra fees during your holiday.
